Where do I get hangers?
Avoid paying for hangers. Most dry cleaners will give you hangers for free, or very cheap, and wire hangers can be bent to hang even baby clothes on.
How do I price my items?
We recommend pricing clothing and shoes at 25-30% of retail prices. Baby gear can be priced higher. USE the discount feature. It is there to help you sell your items after it has been passed over for the regular price. People always think they are getting a great deal if something is discounted.
How can I help my items sell fast?
Price them reasonably.
If you have furniture, plan to assemble it at check-in.
Make your items look nice! Don't bring in musty or wrinkled clothing. Make sure they are secure on the hanger.
Toys and books sell fast! Toys need to be clean and make sure all pieces are secure in a baggy.
Don't be afraid to let people know they are getting a great deal! Print specs off the manufacturers website to put with strollers and other equipment. Some people may not be familiar with what they are looking at. Be sure to include any instructions or original packaging you may have.
Do I have to pick up my check and leftover items?
No, we can mail your check to the address you provide. Any items not picked up will be donated.
How long do I have to enter my items until the sale?
We close item entry 48 hours prior to the sale. We will email reminders of sale closing times. At that time, no items can be admitted into the sale. Any items that you have already entered in the computer may be printed, but NOT EDITED. NO ADDITIONAL ITEMS CAN BE ENTERED.
